Bot patchnotes
Public ViewPulse bot changes for streamers and viewers.
ViewPulse Bot Patchnotes - Version 0.12.0 Beta Focus of this update: ViewPulse has been prepared further for calmer chat behavior, more reliable activity detection and a stronger Twitch panel. Panel and XP status - The Twitch panel now displays XP farming in a clearer way. - Instead of only Yes or No, it shows more clearly why XP is active or paused. - Status values such as bot, stream, AFK, lurk and version are better prepared for the panel. Lurk and activity - The !back command is no longer needed. - Viewers in lurk mode are automatically set active again when they write normally in chat. - XP remains paused during Lurk and AFK. Streak and watchtime - Watch streaks are no longer increased by normal chat XP. - Streaks are tied more cleanly to active watchtime. - This should make streak displays fairer and easier to understand. Twitch permission - ViewPulse now stores more reliably whether the Twitch bot permission has already been granted. - This should prevent the login warning from returning after every bot restart. - The dashboard can better show who granted the permission. Updater and operation - Update behavior has been prepared for the Control Center updater. - Bot and website can be restarted more cleanly after an update. - Start and stop behavior has been improved so old console windows do not stay open unnecessarily. Note ViewPulse is still in beta. Features may change if stability, Twitch rules or performance require it.
